Have written contract for Exclusive Beats, Please read the whole contract,all the information needed for the Artist/Record Label. Not responsible for samples, unless from Tracklib, where the cost is included with purchase of any composition made by Louis Raw, Owner of Raw Digital 810(Recording Studio).  Artist/Record Label are responsible for clearing any other sample(s) used in any music production, that Louis Raw may use. All must be agreed to on Contract, All Trans-Action of Money, All Must Be Paid. Forms must be on file for both Producer and for Artist/Record Label. All Beats in Wave and Stems. Producer must be credited for all music purchased for Artist/Record Label.
